New potatoes with shallot butter and parsley

Ingredients : 500 g new potatoes
2 shallots
1 clove of garlic
¼ bunch parsley
100 g butter
Preparation :
How to prepare : Peel and halve the shallot, then slice across into half rings of ½ cm. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Wash the potatoes and brush them clean in tepid water. Boil the potatoes in the skins in salty water. Wash the parsley leaves. Dry the parsley in a salad spinner and finely chop it. Melt the butter slowly and gently fry the shallot and garlic in the butter. Add the chopped parsley and some coarsely milled sea salt and pepper. Pour the melted butter over the new potatoes and serve at once.
