Bobotie hamburger with shallot

Ingredients : 700 g minced beef
2 clove of garlic
1 shallot
2 eggs
25 g breadcrumbs
½ dl cream, unsweetened
pinch of turmeric
pinch of masala curry powder
pinch of cinnamon
pinch of cumin
salt and pepper

To garnish:
4 ciabatta rolls
2 shallots
2 tomatoes
1 Granny Smith apple
1 dl olive oil
Preparation :
How to prepare : Peel and halve the shallots and chop finely. Finely chop the garlic. Mix all the ingredients together and season with salt and pepper. Divide the mince into four portions and shape into hamburgers. Peel the shallot and cut into ½ cm thick slices. Briefly fry the shallots in a little oil. Remove the core from the apple using a corer. Slice the apple into slices of ½ cm. Fry the apple slices on both sides in a little oil. Wash the tomato and remove the crown.  Slice the tomato into slices of ½ cm. Grill the hamburgers on the barbecue, then serve in the roll with the fried shallot, tomato and apple slices.
